Our family firm was established 1994. Starting with this year, we have provided high quality services for hundreds of clients all over Europe. Among our clients are small eshops and even global players. But an individual approach to all of our clients is a must for us. We are mostly active in Prague and northern Bohemia. In order to offer a complete service for our clients, we cooperate with lawyers, auditors, authorized experts, appraisers and translaters.

ACCOUNTING
We provide complete accounting services for our clients. This includes even yearly closing final accounts and the tax declaration. Some clients prefer to have their own internal accouting staff. In such a case we provide supervision and check the booking entries and their processing. If needed we represent our clients with their issues with at the local authorities. in special cases prepare we also an accounting recovery for our clients.
TAX ADVISORY
We provide tax advisory and keep the rights of our clients at the tax authorities. We handle all in Czech republic valid taxes and fees. We also provide tax optimizing, starting with income taxes and ending with real estate-based taxes. We register our clients to the necessary taxes, but we also process tax reports and we deal with the tax authorities on behalf of our clients. If necessary, we are able to prepare a declaration for a deffered income tax. In cooperation with our foreign partners we are work international. We are listed at the Czech chamber of tax advisors (KDP CR) and the Confédération Fiscale Européenne (CFÉ/EUTAX).
BUSINESS CONSULTING
We are specialized in business planning and restructuring. For our foreign clients we prepare projects for business foundation in Czech republic. If our client wants to acquire a company, we help to find a suitable company and prepare the due dilligence. In the case of a business termination, we are able to terminate the company according the czech laws.
